昨日の練習でリキとパスガードについて話しました。
パスガードって難しいですよね～。でも自分は柔術の中でスウィープよりパスの方がカッコイイなって思ってます。
自分がよく見るアタッカーは昨日紹介したレオ、それとレアンドロ・ロ、ギィ・メンデスの3人です。
